Detroit therapists who have finished the Master of Occupational Therapy have done a 2+3 program where students will take two years of minor courses and three years of the major ones. After successfully completing the program and getting qualified for graduation, students will be eligible to take the exam that will merit them the Certification in Occupational Therapy. Meanwhile, in the Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, students will also be eligible to take the exam for obtaining the Certification in Occupational Therapy upon successful completion of the course.
